Our inside sales team consists of individuals with strong communication skills who are extremely motivated and hard-working. They convey the value of our products to potential clients and identify top-notch closeable prospective customers. They are articulate at delivering sales messages and truly understand our brand strategies. This position is a great stepping stone to grow into our Relationship Manager role.
As part of our inside sales team, a typical day will include the following:
Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling
Moving qualified prospects forward in the sales cycle
Managing leads by tracking and diligent follow up
Negotiating and creating mutually beneficial opportunities between prospects and the company
Setting, tracking, and holding yourself accountable to key performance indicators
1-3 years Cold-Calling Experience
Merchant Payment Processing experience a plus +++
Lead Generation experience
1-2 years experience in Inside Sales
Persistent and results driven
Great time management skills
Great at conflict resolution
Flexible and adaptable
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Creative and think outside of the box
Strong ability to communicate effectively
