Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED or higher 6+ months of Event Planning and Marketing coordination within a matrix organization2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – (Word: creating newsletters, flyers, business letters Excel: tracking inventory and other membership/marketing data, Outlook: emails; calendar PowerPoint: creating presentations)Ability to travel 20% within territory and work evenings and weekends, when requiredPreferred Qualifications: Health / Life Insurance License is a plusCommunity Outreach field experienceExperience with Microsoft PublisherKnowledge of CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) Marketing rules and regulationsExperience with MedicaidBachelor's Degree highly preferredSoft Skills: Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguityExperience in a deadline driven environmentExperience managing and prioritizing several deliverablesProven experience influencing and collaborating with othersExperience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external)Experience in meeting marketing targetsExperience using organizational skillsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
