Description of Job:
Responsible for overall content marketing, CRM alignment, and sales lead management strategies/plans to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives for the Public Health and Forest Health business worldwide. This position is also responsible for the design and management of PLCM projects in collaboration with cross functional teams to meet market needs. In addition, the position would be a key contributor to the annual global planning processes and coordination of key Business Management meetings.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build collaborative relationships with sales teams to gain understanding of customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis
Manage CRM database in collaboration with Marketing Communications
Analysis and reporting on marketing campaign’s ROI
Identify areas for improvement and making recommendations
In collaboration with National Sales Manager, build, optimize and manage a Leads management module to increase sales team productivity.
Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives.
Develop and manage editorial calendar and organization workflows.
Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution.
Serve as liaison with external creative agencies and internal Communications personnel.
Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
Participate in industry initiatives and organizations to keep abreast of the changes in the market place and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Product Life Cycle Management:
Lead cross functional project teams to ensure project timeline and key deliverables are completed for assigned Design-to-Value and PLCM projects.
Routinely evaluate the product positioning, targeting and segmentation strategies for Public Health products
Assist PH/FH Business Operations and Supply Chain management in the identification and implementation of formulation and packaging changes according to ISO 9001, which result in cost improvements, market competitiveness and consumer acceptance.
Coordinate with Regulatory on issues related to PH/FH registrations and documentation.
Support Supply Chain in the manufacturing planning process to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery
SKU optimization analysis and implementation
Excellent communications skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Previous experience in data marketing and email marketing
Basic SEO understanding content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
Ability to analyze and present content and social performance. Understand best social media practices.
Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Experience with Microsoft Project software and/or enterprise, WordPress, Google Analytics, SlideShare, and top social media channels
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what content target customers consume and how to create it
Previous experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge (e.g. SalesForce)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in the field of public health/life sciences/health care/biotech, preferably with product/service management, with a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of content marketing, demand creation and PLCM/project management. A strong background in product development and/or marketing in the Public Health field is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing and/or public health, is required. MBA is desirable
