We are seeking a talented individual for the Campaign Marketing Manager position who will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns (for enterprise and line of business audience segments). This position will partner closely with the product marketing and corporate marketing team to conceptualize and plan strategic marketing campaigns, determine and measure goals and objectives, align cross-functional teams and execute on campaign deliverables.
Execute an ABM campaign strategy with identified target accounts and align content and marketing programs to the customer throughout the sales cycle
Collaboration with product marketers and internal stakeholders to understand campaign priorities, strategies and plans
Develops campaign calendars and journeys for all campaign elements within each marketing campaign, including email, digital ads, direct mail, webinars and sales enablement that supports all lines of business
Creates campaign elements needed for strategic marketing campaigns
Ensures the campaign mix appropriately reflects the strategic priorities from the corporate strategy
Identifies content assets required to support campaign strategies and partner with Content Marketing to drive production of assets
Evaluates and measures performance of all campaigns against defined KPIs, and provides feedback and recommendations to product marketers and other marketing team members
Identifies content or campaign gaps in campaign journeys needed to increase leads, conversions and retention rate
Provides and implements industry best practices for strategic, multi-channel campaigns
Acquire and apply market, competitive and customer insights to inform marketing plans and strategies
Track feedback and monitor industry trends to ensure campaign relevancy, measure performance and adjust marketing accordingly
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience creating innovative, high impact campaigns
Deep understanding of ABM strategies that enable integrated campaigns and demand generation
Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing and development processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and Adobe suite appreciated
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills, including effective presentation skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressures and deadlines to complete assigned tasks
Ability to effectively manage relationships in a dynamic marketing organization and work well in cross-functional teams
Work Conditions and Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment
Ability to communicate and exchange information
Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)
Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
May be required to travel at least 30% of time based on business needs
Minimum Related Work Experience:
3-5 years of healthcare industry marketing experience.
