Organization DescriptionThe Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) is the national trade association of the solar energy industry representing nearly 1,000 companies from around the world. Our mission is to build a strong solar industry to power America. Position DescriptionThe Regional Manager - California reports to the Vice President of Business Development. The core function of this position is to recruit and retain corporate members for the association. Related duties include but are not limited to:
Travel Requirement This position requires travel approximately 10% - 20% of the time
Location SEIA is headquartered in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be located in either the Bay Area of California or Washington, DC.
Compensation SEIA compensation is competitive and will commensurate with experience. This position offers a base compensation with the opportunity for incentive compensation based on achieving sales and retention targets.
Education Bachelor’s Degree is required.
