The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in marketing our talent brand and spreading awareness of the employment opportunities by highlighting our culture, career development opportunities, and amazing employees. This position will support building a talent community by developing and executing a marketing strategy to promote awareness of IPM’s career opportunities, leveraging the website, social media, and other communication channels.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted to our different talent segments and build programs to generate awareness of IPM’s career opportunities to new audiences and to maintain a talent community.
Develop and execute IPM’s social media strategy targeted toward prospective talent, including but not limited to developing a content calendar, and monitoring and maintaining social media company pages.
Partner with subject matter experts to manage the creation and distribution of thought leadership papers/surveys/reports and marketing collateral pertaining to our talent market.
Develop and produce written and video content highlighting current employees (e.g., employee spotlights, testimonials, career paths, etc.) for web and social media.
Establish partnerships with Universities and Associations relevant to our business model and build talent networks within desired talent populations.
Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to design and deliver the content strategy to build and embed our talent brand across talent segments and channels (including social media, websites, digital advertising, email newsletters, etc.).
Maintain a constant focus on the marketplace and use marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing channels to provide valuable insights and recommendations key to the hiring team
Required Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related studies
At least 3 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years working in a Marketing related social media platform environment capable of maximizing brand awareness.
Experience in traditional and digital creative design for marketing collateral.
Demonstrated innovative approaches for marketing a company’s talent brand across multiple platforms.
Ability to analyze effectiveness of campaigns to verify that goals were met.
Competency in MS Office Suite and graphic design and video applications.
