Manager of Marketing and Global University Tours
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of Linden’s extensive marketing strategies and communication activities around the world. This highly visible position, (based in the California office) is strategic to the overall company as it guides policies and tactics in the fast-paced operation across all Linden brands. The manager ensures research, strategic implementation, and marketing targets are met at Linden fairs, conferences, and events among students, parents, counselors, press, and diplomats. The manager will lead overseas & domestic Tours as well as develop partnerships with teams across global locales which ensure year-round promotion, branding, and awareness of Linden and our member Schools.
This manager will operate from the Costa Mesa office. The position reports directly to the Executive Director performing a wide range of duties including the following:
Oversee with Executive Director, all aspects of marketing to students, families, as well as outreach to overseas entities to generate target specific entities.
Learn, manage and execute company website, database and all social media outlets.
Put forward an annual communications plan that creates an awareness of, and generates revenues for, the Linden brands and its Schools
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, e-ads, content, and creative use of extensive social media channels
Help build & manage rich social promotions and campaigns that educate and engage our audiences while tracking and analyzing successes and ROI.
Offer leadership to enrollment managers/ admissions professionals by leading the generation of online and print content.
Proven track-record of extensive computer, social media, and technological knowledge, listing data-driven strategies, implementation, and successful outcome
Enhance and further buildout all closed-loop analytics to our inbound marketing (both students and clients), and continually refine the processes.
Develop and maintain a consistent branding style
SALES & TOUR LEADING:
Plan the delivery of the programs and activities in accordance with the company’s mission, ethics, and goals.
Develop tours, tour budgets, and oversee their financial management.
Strengthen oversight of tour programs. Evaluate all aspects of their creation and operation, while implementing advanced strategies and refinement.
Sell tours to meet sales quota goals to enhance companies bottom line
Expertise in the implementation of technological advances for staff development, office websites, social media, recruitment of students for clients, etc.
Oversee staff, staffing issues, and other HR related duties.
Create through other Linden brands, revenue streams which support the overall goals and mission of Linden Educational Services
Work with the Director of Strategy and Business Development and the Director of Linden’s Boarding School Operation to further our cross-office policies that advance successes for our clients.
Demonstrated history of teamwork and team building both among staff and clients.

CRM Proficient (Experience with Salesforce, Jenzabar, Hubspot, etc)
Web Development and Strategy Skills experience
Print Development Production Cycle experience (front to end)
Social Media Campaigns and Analytics (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other multi-platform software)
International Social Media experience a plus (WeChat, Kakaotalk, vkrm, etc.)
AB or BS degree from an accredited college/ university (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 5 years in International Education or a related field.
Committed to an understanding of the importance of global issues, women’s issues, cultural awareness, and international education.
Fluency in a second or third language, a plus.
International work, living abroad, or global experience highly preferred.
