Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Assistant Director of Marketing supports the development and implementation of the Reynoldsâ marketing plan, with primary focus on graphic design and communications that are consistent with the Reynolds brand. The Assistant Director of Marketing provides advanced-level responsibilities for the production and tactical implementation of Reynolds marketing materials, as well as marketing initiatives, and specific admissions marketing initiatives that support the collegeâs strategic enrollment management goals and objectives. The assistant director is deeply engaged with all marketing activities including brand management, publication development and production, graphic design/creative services, advertising planning, and website strategy. This position works closely with a team that shares all information in such a way as to standardize messages, modify workloads, and optimize the distribution of information to target markets.
