Middlebridge School is seeking candidates for the position of Admissions Coordinator. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Admissions and Head of School at Middlebridge School, providing confidential, professional, administrative support as required to the Admissions Office. The candidate will possess exceptional organizational strategies, and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong relational skills and the ability to connect with multiple constituents including current and prospective families, as well as a willingness to travel.

Job Duties are as follows for the Admission Coordinator:
Communicate and interface with faculty and staff and maintain knowledge of curriculum, programs, activities, resources, etc.
Conduct admissions tours for prospective families
Travel for and represent the school at educational conferences
Manage the Bestnotes database for the admission office, including data entry and maintenance of the accuracy of data used by the Director of Admissions and the Head of School
Maintain office calendar(s) and schedule appointments
Assemble and maintain information/inquiry/welcome packets as assigned by the Director of Admissions
Coordinate the process from inquiry to enrollment-take inquiries, schedule parent and student visits, process paperwork and maintain applicant files and database accuracy as assigned by the Director of Admissions and and follow up with families as necessary
Plan, organize, and execute admissions events as assigned by the Director of Admissions
Prepare for parent and student visit days-organize, assemble and distribute assessment materials as needed and as assigned by Director of Admissions
Provide administrative support as assigned by Director of Admissions
Print or manage online materials for acceptance packets including but not limited to admission decision letters, contracts and financial aid decision letters as assigned by Director of Admissions
Manage and train admission office student volunteers
Manage physical applicant files, collect incoming application items, and ensure accuracy between digital record and physical file
Archive applicant files at the completion of the admission season and prepare for scanning
Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive and dynamic communications strategy
Create all internal and external marketing and communication initiatives with Director of Admissions
Coordinate and develop appropriate media outreaches and marketing with Director of Admissions
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Superior writing and editing expertise
Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
Familiarity with social media and emerging technologies
Flexibility, strong work ethic and a sense of humor
Ability to set priorities on a daily basis
Knowledge of database systems preferred
Familiarity with independent schools and learning differences a plus
