ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, MARKETING , Sloan School of Management , to manage the strategy, execution, and implementation of integrated marketing activities that will increase user engagement, grow lead generation, and strengthen acquisition channels. Will lead messaging and branding strategy across Executive Degree Programs and execute against the strategy; collaborate with other marketing teams at Sloan including Executive Education and MBA; identify main drivers and best practices and consider alternative ideas to achieve shared goals; partner with admissions team on annual goals, communication plan, events, and recruiting strategy; and supervise marketing program coordinator who oversees social media, student blogs, and content and three contractors who work directly on email campaigns, data, sponsorship strategy, and prospective students. On program delivery days (including approximately twenty Saturdays and two Sundays per year year), will deliver customer and logistical support in addition to presentations to students and visitors.
REQUIRED : bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); a minimum of five years of related work experience in marketing and digital strategy, preferably in a university environment; keen eye for detail; excellent organizational skills; a customer-oriented perspective; proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, content marketing campaigns, and blogging; and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, perform and supervise multiple tasks simultaneously, and reprioritize accordingly. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce a plus. Job #17452-10
