We are looking for an up and coming Commercial Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our business development marketing efforts in Orange County. Based in our award winning Newport Beach office, you will act as our single point of contact (SPOC) for "all things marketing". Job Summary Partnering with several key stakeholders, you will lead our business development marketing initiatives by providing recommendations, defining strategy and managing the creative process with a focus on winning at the point of sale. You will ensure that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging. You'll owns the process from beginning to end. Further, you'll drive other marketing initiatives that will contribute to the CBRE brand in the region with the objective of solidifying our leadership position in the commercial real estate industry.
Takes a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to meet established branding and messaging standards.
Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
Works directly with teams to prepare proposal materials, including graphics, writing, editing, verifying and formatting proposal information. Ensures schedules are met and the various aspects of proposals, presentations, and other marketing activities are accurate and concisely delivered in a timely manner.
Collaborates with technical staff and reviews/edits their narrative for content clarity, compliance, and key messages.
Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
Provides marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff.
Maintains and updates marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials.
Provides quality control for mass e-mail broadcasts, ensuring that appropriate branding, content, and formatting are used.

Basic Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree with relevant CRE experience

Ability to assess problems and implement solution
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadline
InDesign Creative Suite experience and working knowledge required
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
Proficient with Microsoft office, SharePoint, Adobe and other communications-related software programs
Can-do attitude, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere
