We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator with exceptional writing skills.
About the Role This person will actively engage in writing copy and content in support of the firms’ marketing and business development efforts.
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are to:
Work closely with the marketing team, principals, architects, and designers to write and develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, market-specific collateral, and award submissions
Assist with interview preparation and client presentations
Track, prepare, and manage award submittals and conferences
Conduct research on clients, prospects, competitors, and market sectors
Support additional special projects as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Strong writing voice and passion for storytelling
Demonstrable success with content-heavy written communications with a focus on quality control
Ability to maintain and continue to develop GGLO’s brand integrity
4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferrably in the AEC industry
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal, written, and graphic) skills
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure
Preferred Skills & Experience
Architecture or Design industry experience
Experience developing qualification and proposal submissions
Familiarity with CRM and database management
