The Academy of Notre Dame seeks a full-time Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to work as an energetic, collaborative team member supporting the Academy of Notre Dame’s enrollment management process and all-school marketing efforts. Customer service, communication with prospective families, and database management will be significant components of this role. Our ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, a flexible and creative self-starter, and a proactive partner. A keen understanding of social media applications to support brand identity and development, and an aptitude for learning new software systems will be essential. Basic skills in digital photography and graphic design are also desirable.
Support the Academy of Notre Dame and its leadership by embracing and supporting the mission/philosophy, core values, and all school policies and procedures.
Assist with implementing the yearly enrollment plan.
Assist with orchestration of admissions events, including but not limited to, Open Houses, Information Sessions, and Shadow Days.
Assist in recruitment of international students.
Proactively maintain communication with families throughout the process, working to convert applicants to enrolled students.
Manage assigned projects and events that relate to the recruitment of current and returning families.
Assist with the preparation of completed candidate files, provide supporting data and identify competing priorities and ensure accurate and completely updated database.
Pursue professional development opportunities as appropriate to remain current with best practices.
Promote the Academy of Notre Dame to external and internal audiences; professionally represent and market the school at school fairs, public appearances, open houses, conferences, Chamber events etc.
Assist with the reporting, writing, editing, design and production of the bi-weekly e-newsletter for parents, faculty, and staff using the Academy’s communication module of the Veracross information management system.
Take photos of Chapel services, athletic competitions, classroom activities, and other special events for social media posts, website, and press releases.
Help manage social media content.
Coordinate sign reservation system.
Coordinate Parent Ambassadors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
A bachelor’s degree, ideally with some experience working in an independent school admissions office.

Provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status; evidence of criminal check (CORI) and fingerprinting will be required.
The position is based in an office and school environment on a 200-acre campus in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. The ability to occasionally lift files and storage boxes, walk up and down stairs, attend meetings in varying locations throughout campus, and continually use computers and related office equipment is required. Not all buildings on campus have elevators.
