JPMorgan Agent Lending provides securities lending services to institutional investors such as pension funds, mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and central banks where those entities utilize JPMorgan as Custodian as well as where external third party custodians are employed. In either case, JPMorgan Agent Lending performs the loan trade execution and all operational services such as settlement, daily mark to markets, investment of cash collateral and reporting through the life of the loan.
The JPMorgan Agent Lending product leverages many features and services of the JPMorgan Custody product offering (such as asset servicing for the positions on loan) and has significant reliance on the Custody owned Technology infrastructure.
About the Role
The Agency Lending Product Development Team is responsible for executing product development strategy and developing core product enhancements.
This specific role will focus, in part, on program management disciplines and controls, cross functional program delivery and the reporting and control framework of the agency lending change portfolio as well as client service facing product development agenda.
A successful candidate will perform all of the following tasks:
Delivery of transparent, automated, standardized program and milestone reporting;
Management of the Investment Initiative (II) process;
Work closely with other SMEs to define business requirement, document core functionalities and process/platform flows;
Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business; develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements to technology/operation teams;
Work with user community on UAT test, and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations;
Manage new product rollout to both internal end users and/or clients, obtain feedback, and develop appropriate enhancements based on priority.
All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations .

Team player with strong analytical and collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with many different individuals and groups;
Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills;
