Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing based in Austin or Houston, Texas.

We're looking for an entrepreneur to take the lead of a portfolio of senior living communities to help support the cultural and financial health of our company.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to partner with senior leadership to support census development in senior living communities. You'll have a strategic portfolio of communities, mostly based in the Austin and South Texas region. The RDSM will serve as the right hand person to the senior leadership and location leadership teams and be responsible for providing "hands-on" guidance, advice and support on a variety of sales and marketing functions.
Job duties include:
Monitors the overall results of community’s sales efforts and makes recommendations with local team regarding necessary changes in marketing strategy.
Ensures compliance with marketing standards (lead generation, calls, tours, events, presentations) necessary to achieve census goals.
Trains the new Community Relations Directors and provides support on overall sales execution.
Provides accurate forecasting to operations.
Develops and assists in implementing the quarterly marketing and sales plan.
Implements and oversees community’s start-up marketing efforts for all new start-up communities in region.
Oversees communities advertising efforts and marketing outreach.
Oversees major internal events such as Open houses.
Collaborates with and reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and the Vice President of Operations.
2+ years in related healthcare sales and marketing role for multi-community environment.
Familiarity with a CRM, preferebly Enquire.
Experience with development and execution of sales/census development plans
Adept project manager with ability to manage strategic initiatives and multitask
Must have a passion for the senior living population and mentoring sales leaders
Impeccable customer service required.
Must possess a desire to make a difference in each community.
