The Assistant Director of Marketing and Sales will determine a comprehensive marketing strategy, including the development and management of marketing plans, to promote 42 varsity teams and recreation. Additionally, this position will collaborate closely with the Athletics ticket office, as well as external consultants, vendors and organizations to increase revenue through ticket, sponsorship, merchandise and concessions sales efforts. Manages and directs marketing related work for one ticket office assistant, interns and game-day staff. Reports to the Associate Director of Athletics, Marketing and Sales.

Bachelor's degree required. Must have at least 5 years of progressive marketing and sales work experience. Must have management and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of sports sales and marketing.
