The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia seeks an Assistant Director of Graduate Marketing and Recruiting. The incumbent is responsible for marketing and recruiting activities for one or more graduate business programs. The successful candidate excels in generating leads, building relationships, and counseling prospective students throughout the admissions and yield process. They will be results-oriented, a quick learner, and a good listener. Strong presentation, writing and networking skills are essential. The incumbent will leverage recruitment events to attract top talent and cultivate relationships with top-ranked undergraduate schools both domestic and internationally. The Assistant Director will develop and execute effective marketing campaigns through use of digital, social, and traditional media, and leverage the student and alumni ambassador program to promote graduate programs and the McIntire School of Commerce.
