As the Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and implement various marketing efforts to increase traffic to our apartment communities. You willA be responsible for ensuring the execution of all local marketing efforts in the Denver region. This includes building relationships with companies and contacts in the marketplace, as well as coordinating community outreach events to bring new customers to the point of sale.
This position is also responsible for setting marketing goals as helping to motivate the teams to accomplish set goals. Confidence to work independently, ability to multi-task, commitment to making a difference and desire to collaborate with colleagues is key. Some work on evenings and weekends for events may be required.
Local travel is required.
Education and/or Experience: A Associate or Bacheloras Degree preferred and minimum two plus years marketing related experience.A Demonstrated proficiency with integrated marketing plan development and execution required as well as experience with social media platforms. Experience with events/promotions a plus. Excellent writing and verbal communications skills required.
2 week's vacation; an additionalA week at 3 years. Plus sick, personal days and holiday pay.
