Marketing Outreach Assistant

Job DescriptionThis position generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events.
Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.

Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.

Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.

Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
EducationA high school diploma and at least one year of related work experience are required.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
