The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of marketing and communication plans for his/her operating unit and/or services lines. This effort will positively influence target audiences, increase utilization of services and fulfill other strategic business objectives. Additionally, will manage the annual budget for his/her operating unit and/or service lines to achieve maximum efficiencies and effectiveness. The Marketing Manager handles multiple projects and functions as the project manager for the development of marketing and communications tactics and works in a collaborative partnership with the Creative Services Department. This includes functioning as the project lead between the client and graphic design, printing, web development, market research and Teleservices.
Develop and implement marketing plans to increase awareness, increase collection of blood products and to educate the public regarding Blood Donation. Interface with corporate marketing to insure that Blood Services is integrated into Inova marketing initiatives. Track and trend all marketing initiates. Work as a member of Blood Services leadership team.
