The George Mason University, Office of Integrated Enrollment Marketing invites applications for a Marketing Coordinator. Supports the Integrated Enrollment Marketing (IEM) office by developing content, building emails within the office CRM, serving as liaison to academic units, and acting as project manager for all print materials;
Serves as the point of contact for the department with vendors outside of the university in regards to creative, print production, and project management tools;
Supports team projects by serving as the IEM liaison to several colleges across the university;
Supervises one part-time employee and several student interns to oversee the production of IEM print and graphic design materials.
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, public relations, or related concentration; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, make quick judgment decisions, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines;
Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community, including senior-level administrators;
Excellent writing and editing skills;
Demonstrated experience with content creation for print or web.
Demonstrated high degree of independence and initiative;
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on a team;
Experience with print production;
Experience working with Adobe Suite;
Experience working within a CRM.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
