Start Date: September 2020

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing and promotions plans to drive attendance as well as enhance and increase brand awareness for assigned sports.
  • Oversee assigned budget to secure promotional items, traditional and digital advertising and other expenditures as appropriate.
  • Work with coaching staffs and other support personnel.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of game scripts and fan engagement at home events.
  • Supervise undergraduate student workers at events as necessary.
  • Assist with marketing, promotions, game scripts and fan engagement at assigned varisty sports.

Must adhere to all University of Kentucky, SEC & NCAA rules and regulations.

Stipend: Up to $2,500 per month.

Required Skills: 

  • Microsoft office.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Understanding of athletics marketing plans and game script preparation.
  • Graphic design, digital media spend, Shoflo platform, tagboard, click effects.
