The Secondary Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating marketing position with shipping needs as directed by investor requirements and corporate goals, as well as supervising new loan registrations.
Assists and coordinates setting daily market prices, transmission to bank membership, and monitors market changes accordingly.
Coordinates corporation’s best execution in marketing through defined investor programs and continual calculation of the corporations’ net position and the daily reporting of these positions to appropriate personnel.
Coordinates daily commitment and marketing needs for pipeline and takes down mandatory commitments for future delivery.
Call banks to discuss expired loans, rate negotiations, and delivery of closed loans; prepare “special” rate quotes to banks, as inquiries require.
Assists accounting and production in associated balancing and pipeline management in relation to marketing position.
Coordinates and manages all functions association with delivery requirements for all investors including scheduling and documentation.
Maintains and coordinates ongoing data for monthly reporting associated with investor activity.
Serves as supervisor for entering new registrations on system and dispersing information to banks.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Work Experience: Five to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technology Skills: Efficiency in Windows products, investor software, Encompass
