You Will Be Responsible For:
Evaluate business process and technical needs for CRM and marketing activities.
Acts as an administrator for Marketing within CRM application across sales, service, marketing and data management cloud platforms.
Oversees day to day operations of email marketing deployments and ensures operations fall within the broader email marketing strategy
Ensures proper integration and data quality for marketing campaigns in order to fulfill lead management and consumer engagement.
Works with Marketingâ™s Data Management Platform and marketing automation tools to develop consumer segments, target audiences and personas for precision marketing efforts. Provides analytics and insights to back up rationale.
Manages development and delivery of email marketing and consumer insight reporting for digital marketing initiatives and activities across all digital marketing channels.
Anticipate, identify, and maximize appropriate marketing and IT solutions within the assigned departments of AdventHealth administration in an effective and timely manner.
Assist leadership and project managers in preparing scope, time, and cost estimates in addition to integrations and development for CRM products, consumer tools, point of service applications and other third party plug-in applications.
What You Will Need:
Bachelorâ™s degree in IT, Marketing, Statistics, or related field with 5 years of equivalent CRM experience
6 years of experience in CRM, direct response marketing programs, market data research, OR analysis with an emphasis in healthcare or business applications
Experience in developing consumer segments, target audiences, and consumer persona profiles with the ability to provide rationale and data to back up findings.
Four (4) years experience using Salesforce Cloud Platforms, preferably as an administrator, preferred
Loyalty/Affinity Program experience and/or database marketing and analysis experience, preferred
2 to 4 years of healthcare industry experience with demonstrated success in positions of responsibility while supporting the technology needs of a diverse organization, preferred
The Manager for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applies technical expertise to support the implementation, monitoring, data input and integration, maintenance, and optimization of CRM marketing efforts, all with the goal of providing advanced digital experiences with optimal patient engagement and service. This position helps educate the organization on CRM and also proactively advises leadership on performance and develops plans for increased ROI based on CRM data insights and facts. This position reports to the Director of CRM & Analytics, and will manage 4+ team members to drive the execution of CRM integration/implementation, data quality, and marketing automation strategies ensuring overall business objectives are met.
