Position Description:
We are seeking an Associate / Sr. Associate to support our Corporate Marketing team. If you are a highly motivated professional who brings a passion for thinking strategically, creatively, and tactically, we want to hear from you!
In this role, your key responsibilities will include bringing internal and external marketing programs to life across a variety of channels and formats (digital, content, social, events, paid media, conferences, partnerships, etc.). You will be a self-starter who possesses strong project managem ent skills and a keen attention to detail. You will also collaborate with marketing managers, digital teams, writers, designers, and internal colleagues to help execute on a myriad of important corporate marketing initiatives.
This position will be located in PIMCO's Newport Beach, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing teams and support the execution of the overall strategy and initiatives
- Support delivery of significant brand marketing projects including research, strategic direction, socialization, implementation, and measurement
- Lead tasks across multiple projects to stay organized and meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Collect research, data and trends to uncover audience and competitive insights
- Collaborate with diverse audiences to meet deadlines and see projects through to completion (marketing, compliance, digital, editorial, design, product marketing, channel and content)
- Provide regular reporting on the success of activities
- Develop presentations to convey strategy, information and ideas
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business , Finance , Marketing, or Liberal Arts
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in brand marketing, corporate marketing or strategic planning, ideally within the financial services industry
- Strategic and creative thinking , and a passion to deliver with high quality
- Enthusiasm to learn more about the investment management industry
- A creative problem solver who enjoys contributing ideas and thinking in new and different ways
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to various stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
