This role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of our global institutional marketing plan. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will support institutional marketing initiatives for M&G's Global Asset Management business.
Accountable for delivering a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders
Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent
Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures
Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes
Key Responsibilities for this role:
Support the delivery of the global institutional marketing plan in line with the overall strategy and objectives of the business
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across key client segments and channels to support the promotion of our thought leadership globally across the various media channels
Deliver reporting against KPI's and budget on a regular basis to monitor effectiveness
Create new market communication tools with a focus on digital assets including brochures, infographics, video, podcasts and social
Collaborate and work together with other institutional colleagues and central marketing teams including investment writers to develop and deliver the campaigns
Ensure campaigns are reflected consistently across the various digital platforms including websites
Responsible for the production and maintenance of core marketing collateral across various asset classes, ensuring the consistency of materials within the overall brand guidelines
Support other internal marketing projects as required
Keep abreast of competitors, trends in the industry, regulatory changes etc.
Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Prior marketing experience in asset management, ideally in institutional marketing
Digital marketing skills would be an advantage
Good understanding of the different client segments
Investment knowledge across asset classes including both public and private markets
Experience in creating engaging marketing collateral and delivering effective campaigns
Project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ideally educated to degree level
