Job Description: You bring deep, strategic expertise on current and evolving digital customer experiences designed to acquire and create loyalty from new customers. You will provide the thought leadership required to use analytics, insights, experimentation, and data to transform Fidelity and the industry in the following ways:
Driving growth through acquiring new customers
Onboarding investors on their own terms to drive engagement and outcomes
Building loyalty and retention through rewards, recognition and referrals
Establishing new products and services to new kinds of investors
You will also serve as an outstanding coach and manager to 6-8 analytics chapter members. You will empower them to grow and develop in their area of expertise and ensure alignment on the "how" of the work they perform in squads. At the same time, you will to continue developing and maintaining your own expertise so that you may spread this knowledge across the organization!
The Expertise We're Looking For
15+ years of proven experience (5+ years in a leadership role) in analytics, insights, experimentation
Industry-leading expertise in digital (including mobile) analytics, experimentation, personalization
Cutting edge knowledge of current and evolving digital consumer experiences within financial services (including FinTechs), as well as other verticals
Extensive track record generating strategic customer insights via analytics, synthesized with research
Proven ability to influence strategic business decisions that drive topline P&L
Advanced degree and/or certification in relevant subject area (e.g., analytics)
Outstanding verbal/written communication and presentation skills
The Purpose of Your Role As chapter leader, you play a vital role within Fidelity, and will interact with many colleagues. In addition to your direct reports, you will partner directly with leaders across marketing, product, technology and other areas. You will also connect regularly with your peers (fellow leaders within Marketing Analytics and Measurement) and your manager to drive best practices, knowledge sharing, training, etc. across Fidelity.
