Support the execution of large-scale marketing plans that drive financial advisor uptake and expertise in multiple marketing programs including deep expertise in Ameriprise digital marketing programs, Advisor Wealth Management (AWM) strategic initiatives, and client experience enhancements. Increase advisor generated revenue through communications, implementation strategies, and resource creation. Run operations to support execution of strategies across the broader team and provide daily support for financial advisors, field leaders, and field operational teams.
Support creation of training resources and communications to support field engagement/implementation plans for new programs/initiatives and enhancements to existing capabilities. Create Power Points, write speaker notes, create communications and lead advisor/staff/operations interviews as research to inform the design of these materials. Maintain team library of resources and collateral ensuring compliance requirements are met and updated annually. Resources include email templates, brochures, one page sell sheets, eLearnings, sales collateral, etc.
Partner with Ameriprise Information Management (AIM) team to create ad-hoc and seasonal analysis (data stories) of marketing programs and advisor growth metrics which involves analysis of leading indicators (advisor usage of programs) and lagging indicators (advisor key performance metrics.) Provide qualitative and quantitative data analysis to VP, Director and Manager Marketing Field Engagement and Execution for use in strategic planning, communications and training.
Support financial advisors, field leaders, and field facing resources in ongoing execution of Client Acquisition, Retention and Client Experience strategies. This include sharing of information through national forums, managing program mailboxes, and providing coaching and technical support to all field facing teams.
Assist in creation of internal presentations to outline progress towards goals, competitive landscape, and regular execution updates to executive leadership teams and related stakeholder. Gather information on marketing programs and field activity from advisors and MCCR program managers to create strategic presentations for AMP leadership to inform them on key metrics and marketing activity.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for field coaches and leaders to answer questions from ABDG, Process & Tool Coaches, Service Delivery, etc. Assist in development of advisor coaching program which includes: field research and interviews, execution of national webinars, workshop/presentation creation, and gathering ongoing feedback to enhance current and future content.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
1 - 3 years of experience.
Subject matter expertise in digital marketing disciplines and sales strategy.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
