Job Description We are a rapidly growing company looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to help us in our overall marketing efforts, with an emphasis in Social Media Marketing and Management. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. The ideal candidate should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends, generate creative ideas, and excel in a fast-paced work environment. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will maintain our brand reputation and increase our overall growth. Responsibilities - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, and benchmarking
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content and maintain brand image
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Travels to and attends events which may include company vehicle transport, show set up, and tear down. Event coverage with photo/video/social media content and provide recaps upon return
- Assist with organization and activation at promotional events
- Product photography, videography, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc)
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Other various marketing duties may be assigned
Skills - Proven work experience in Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram business, and YouTube Creator Studio
- Photography, videography, and ability to efficiently process content from start to finish
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and the Adobe creative suite
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
