Lead the planning, organizing and running of physical and digital events that will contribute to business targets of DBS wealth brands (DBS Private Bank, DBS Treasures Private Client and DBS Treasures) and ensure Return on Marketing Investment. Includes events strategizing, planning, agency management, sourcing of relevant vendors, legal & compliance management, on-site event management, client management and post event review
Work closely with Wealth Heads to understand the business strategies and client focus, manage content for event agenda and client engagement at events
Work closely with Business Management and Customer Management to ensure smooth deliverables for pre-event client journey and post event content or assets
Responsible for managing the senior management and other internal staff for the hosting and engagement for both physical and digital events, including invitation, client communications, briefing and on-site assistance
Events budget management. Review purchase orders, payment invoices and proactively identify any budget issues
Review and manage Private Bank communications, including pWeb, clients' comms, festive comms and product sales kit
Support wealth marketing lead to develop marketing plan for approved strategic inter-department projects across Wealth Planning, IBG and bank-wide regional initiatives
PB budget management, including budget tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Speaks eloquently and fluent in English/Mandarin
Preferable experience in Private Banks/Wealth segments
Strong experience in Events (both physical and digital), Branding and Communications
Exudes strong EQ and has a flair for interacting/managing multiple stakeholders
Is used to fast-paced work environment
Comfortable with travel (subject to COVID regulations)
Very adaptable to last minute changes for events
