We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing consumer based business with an exciting portfolio of brands. The focus of the role is the creation and execution of the global Marketing plan and requires a commercially focused and 'hands on' individual.
The company are looking for someone who will help them drive the business forward and there is great scope to make a mark in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive creative and effective marketing led sales initiatives
Maintain existing and develop new brand guidelines as required
Support markets with the roll out of plan, working with local marketing teams and external agencies
Lead the development and execution of omni-channel experiential marketing solutions
Ensure brand consistency for digital channels including web and social media
Manage all aspects of consumer public relations
Monitor and oversee the marketing budget
Monitor performance across channels using tools such as Google Analytics, and link this back to sales data
Provide regular reports to senior management team
The ideal candidate will:
Have global brand marketing experience in consumer goods and proven experience working across multi-channel platforms
Possess a sound understanding of digital media
Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with stakeholders
Be analytical with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to spot trends or anomalies in data.
