Work You'll Do
DEVELOP SOFTWARE AND PROVIDE IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF BIG TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS, FOR REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, AND DEPLOYMENT, AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. PARTICIPATE IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOP WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS, AND IDENTIFY CHANGES IN SCOPE. EVALUATE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, DEVELOP CUSTOMIZED APPLICATIONS AND DRAFT TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION AS WELL AS IDENTIFY AND MITIGATE PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY RISKS FOR ENGAGEMENTS. ASSESS EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. DESIGN SUB-COMPONENTS OF LARGER APPLICATION SYSTEMS, INTEGRATE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, AND CONTINUOUSLY OPTIMIZE SYSTEM STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE. DEFINE SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, PROTOTYPE, TEST CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING (ANY), APPLIED COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:
DEVELOPING SCALABLE SYSTEMS AND MAINTAINING APPLICATIONS FOR EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY USING MICROSOFT (MS) STACK;
DESIGNING ELEVATED BACKEND SERVICES USING WINDOWS COMMUNICATION FOUNDATION (WCF) AND WEB APIS (APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE) TO SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN THE APPLICATION TO CATER TO UNIQUE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS;
CONFIGURING AND IMPLEMENTING IMPROVEMENTS AND ENHANCEMENTS USING BUSINESS OBJECTS ENTERPRISE( BOE) BASED ON REPORTING REQUIREMENT TO CONSOLIDATE AND CENTRALIZED REPORTING GENERATION SYSTEM INCLUDING OPENXML, AND SSRS (STRUCTURED QUERY LANGUAGE (SQL) SERVER REPORTING SERVICES);
CREATING AND DOCUMENTING ORGANIZED AND ACCESSIBLE CODE AND TRACKING CHANGES FOR APPLICATION INCLUDING UPDATES FOR FUTURE REFERENCE AND USE IN MS TEAM FOUNDATION SERVER (TFS);
PERFORMING UNIT TESTS TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CURRENT APPLICATION AND TO CATCH GLITCHES THAT COULD SLOW OR HAMPER APPLICATION USING NUNIT AND FXCOP;
IMPLEMENTING PROOF OF CONCEPT (POC) AND INTRODUCING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS TO MAINTAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE IN THE INDUSTRY TO UPSCALE APPLICATIONS USING ANGULAR AND VUEJS; AND
DEVELOPING TOOLS USING MICROSOFTS .NET FRAMEWORK TECHNOLOGY STACK, AND TFS (TEAM FOUNDATION SERVER) TO COLLABORATE PROJECTS, CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND ENABLE DEVOPS CAPABILITIES TO APPLICATION LIFECYCLE, INCLUDING NEEVIA TOOL TO MANAGE PDF FILES AND FILE CONVERSION.
