Leads development of UCPE marketing strategy, regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy and making necessary adjustments.
Serves as a bridge between and a close partner of the recruitment/sales team and market research and analytics team efforts.

Establishes a strategic operating plan, budget, and timelines for marketing and communications activities, as well as metrics for measuring success.
Responsible for implementing a range of marketing communications strategies to achieve key performance indicators for a portfolio of academic programs.
Guides the creative team in developing and implementing digital and traditional marketing communications campaigns.
Develops eye-catching advertising copy to generate leads and utilize A/B testing tools to validate campaign effectiveness.
Coordinates content creation with the intent to position the programs as thought leaders in respective industries and develop tactics to distribute the content via appropriate advertising channels.
Manages relationships with third-party vendors, communicating the marketing strategies established for each program, discussing tactical execution, and providing feedback.
Manages information flow between marketing and enrollment management for event- creation and communication, and prospect leads.
Defines the brand, digital, and creative/content strategy for the UCPEâ™s portfolio including new degree programs, non-degree programs, and enrichment programs.
Manages all marketing, communication, creative and content creation projects from start to finish while performing quality control to ensure communication and branding standards are met.
Provides strategic and creative insight into departmental business strategy, including applied audience analytics, demographic and psychographic prospect personas, and competitive audit and assessment.
Scopes, manages, and evaluates digital and creative agency relationships as necessary.
Manages managers and professional staff in strategic product planning activities, prioritizing product opportunities to maximize sales and profits.
Plans, develops, designs and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for a department or program. Directs, monitors and evaluates marketing communication and research programs.
Performs other related work as needed.
Marketing experience, ideally in higher education.
Staff management experience.
Knowledge and experience developing marketing strategies to enhance engagement with prospective students.
Adept in building brands and in designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic marketing and communication campaigns.
Working knowledge building a methodology around quantifying conversion rates and ROI related to specific marketing tactics.
Background in a creative role with design responsibilities.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
