What you’ll be doing...
You will manage the marketing strategy and program development for a segment of our Enterprise B2B field marketing team. You will define marketing and sales needs, design strategy and coordinate efforts across the marketing organization to execute content, strategic programs, demand generation and messaging. Your efforts will spark customer conversations, create leads for sales and drive revenue. You will be responsible for the development of KPIs, evaluating success of your programs and reporting on results to leadership. Success means creating new insights, new contacts, new meetings and new content for the sales team and tying it back to revenue.
Develop, manage and coordinate marketing campaigns and programs, including asset development, paid and earned media, and sales activation programs.
Build awareness and grow top, middle and bottom of funnel opportunities.
Design sales activation programs and assets to align with current market trends, mapped to customer journey, aligned with personas, to help sales accelerate opportunities.
Understand the Enterprise customer segment personae - their mindset, needs and desires.
Report out on progress of campaigns.
Work with minimal supervision, knowing when to bring in your manager for alignment/decisions.
Sharing your work or results with senior leadership when necessary.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
B2B marketing experience.
Experience creating and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns and reporting results to senior leadership.
Experience building PowerPoint decks- design and succinct story telling.
Experience working in cross functional teams.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Masters of Business Administration.
The ability to analyze results, identify gaps and successfully pivot.
Telecommunications Industry experience.
Marketo and/or Salesforce experience.
Great communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to use creative thinking in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to influence and lead teams to deliver against complex initiatives.
