MARKETING MANAGER, MIT Medical, to develop and execute MIT Medical's marketing strategy from the ground up. Will focus on promoting MIT Medical and its services, working to help attract and retain patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a program and make it their own. MIT encourages creative thinking and experimentation and MIT Medical is looking for a teammate with excellent interpersonal skills who knows how to create consensus among clinicians, administrators, and higher education professionals.
REQUIRED: B.A./B.S., preferably in marketing or related field; seven years' marketing/related experience; marketing experience in healthcare and/or higher education; proven experience working strategically; proficiency with writing, editing, and designing original materials across multiple media; ability to edit content for a variety of media, styles, and audiences; meticulous attention to detail; excellent project management and interpersonal skills; experience managing vendors; record of producing quality material on time in a deadline-driven environment; fluency with MS Office products; experience with CRM systems; expertise with statistics, survey methodology, and principles of experimental design; knowledge of market research techniques; and ability to review and analyze data and metrics to ascertain the effectiveness of programs/campaigns. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff at various levels of an organization; mentor, coach, and guide the work of others; and partner with internal clients, designers, and consultants.
