Overview: The Assistant Deputy General Counsel, Marketing will be responsible for providing legal support for marketing, sales and product groups supporting residential and commercial customers, as well as support for the company’s in-house advertising agency. This role will report to the Deputy General Counsel.

Comcast Cable accounts for $52B in revenue and is one of the United States’ largest video, high-speed Internet, and phone providers to residential customers under the Xfinity  brand, and also provides these services to businesses. It provides security and automation services to residential customers. Comcast also offers a wireless cell phone service under the brand Xfinity Mobile.

Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of in-house and/or law firm experience in marketing and advertising law preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be offered for this position, consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
