Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Understanding of organizational strategies, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with software applications, including content management systems for the web; graphic design products (Adobe Creative Suite), desktop publishing programs (word, excel, PowerPoint); CRM software; and tracking systems (Google Analytics).

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Design, Communications, Journalism, Educational Media or related field; individual with bachelor's degree and equivalent training or work experience also considered. Minimum 6 years professional experience OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4 years professional experience.
Broad knowledge of marketing, communications, and event management.
Managerial experience.
Familiarity in working in a highly collaborative environment.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in managing projects and resources including managing timelines, establishing priorities, distributing responsibilities, and meeting milestones and deliverables.
