Under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Marketing Specialist provides customer service, and administrative and marketing support. The position is responsible for managing those functions in accordance with the stated mission, goals, and policies established by Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
The Marketing Specialist will work with team members to perform the day-to-day marketing and administrative activities from inception to execution.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and initiate and work independently as well as cooperatively with others
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience answering a multi-line phone system
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of marketing materials within company branded templates and standards from information provided by Brokers, including but not limited to property brochures, broker opinions of value, listing/representation proposals, tour packages, presentations, property email blasts, etc.
Preparation of legal documents from information provided by Brokers, including but not limited to letters of intent, leases, purchase and sale agreements, etc.
Adding and updating listing information in internal listing management program and listing services websites
Light reception duties, including, but not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining office appearance and supplies, managing incoming/outgoing office mail, provide occasional light technical support for Brokers
