Biltmore's Lodging Revenue Manager supports the hotel and resort leadership teams with managing day-to-day functions for the revenue for two estate properties:  the Forbes four-star rated Inn on Biltmore Estate, and the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate . Duties include the collaborative development and implementation of strategies that optimize revenue, profit, and market share for Lodging portfolio properties on Biltmore Estate. The Revenue Manager is responsible for assisting with preparing highly accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts, developing and executing strategic pricing and yield management initiatives, managing critical databases, and creating/managing key reports and analyses. The incumbent will also provide general support and assistance to the department, leadership, and company.

1. Two or four-year college degree required. Additional training, education, and/or certification(s) preferred. CRME designation a plus.
2. At least 2-3 years previous revenue management experience required, preferably working with a luxury/upscale hotel/resort.
3. Commitment to delivery of world class internal/external guest service; proven leadership skills, especially in a cross-functional, team based setting; ability to build/motivate/develop teams.
3. Strong understanding of the marketing planning cycle and micro economic environment; business acumen, analytical skills.
4. Previous experience in working with financial statements and marketing data.
5. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; database management; understanding of SQL preferred.
6. Previous experience with revenue management/CRS software helpful; Springer-Miller PMS and Delphi systems experience preferred.
7. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; writes clearly and effectively; can ably convey and interpret complex numerical data to a wide variety of audiences ; listens and gets clarification in order to respond to questions
