Scope of Responsibilities Includes:
Manage and execute Social, Paid and Affiliate Marketing campaigns from conceptualization to creation to drive Customer Acquisition.
Manage an eight-figure marketing budget to maximum efficiency through Agency partners that you select and manage.
Interpret and analyze the KPIs of the marketing campaigns for overall sales impact, optimal ROAS, customer acquisition and marketing channel optimization.
Drive Customer Retention by managing all of JEGS relationships and interactions with our valued customers through improved business relationships and CRM strategies to improve LTV and repeat purchase rate.
Develop high-energy email campaigns and print advertising to preserve our customer’s engagement and commitment to our Brand.
Create strategies through Media Mix, Online/Offline Events to promote and drive Brand Awareness.
Pioneer and implement measurable marketing strategies that profitably increase revenue and grow the JEGS brand.
Establish a best-in-class social, digital and web presence that drives consumer awareness.
Initiate and engage world-class professionals/vendors to assist in developing and analyzing our marketing techniques to assure best-in-class results.
Work closely with the purchasing department to gather brand, customer and competitive information (sales reports, industry data, etc.) to understand business trends. Synthesize data into facts to create actionable marketing plans.
Budget and forecasting for all digital and print/advertising/marketing for JEGS.
Lead update meetings with Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Build a diverse team and a winning culture that encourages innovation, collaboration and teamwork. Establish motivating stretch objectives for team members that align with company objectives.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred.
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
Proven leadership experience defining, implementing, and executing omnichannel marketing efforts.
Experience in building brand awareness and recognition.
Proven experience optimizing paid channels to maximum efficiency and growth.
Organic and Paid Social marketing expertise including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take big (calculated) bets.
Proven collaboration skills and experience working with other departments and leaders.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
Auto parts knowledge either professionally or as a personal passion is preferred.
