CCIM has recently hired a new CEO to advance an updated organizational strategic plan. This Vice President Sales and Marketing position will have the opportunity to build on CCIM’s 55-year history and strong relationships to create a new sales and marketing strategy. Your Core Contributions To The Team
- Create and manage a modernized CCIM brand
- Create a marketing and sales strategy that communicates CCIM’s value proposition to targeted audiences
- Lead marketing and communications for all CCIM efforts, including CCIM Institute, CCIM Tech, and CCIM Foundation
- Lead the marketing and sales team in accomplishing their membership and customer attraction & retention goals and continual professional development
- Work with industry experts and influencers to create and place content to position CCIM as a market leader in the commercial real estate industry
- Create an engaging communication style that demonstrates CCIM’s vision to create exciting experiences for its members, team and community
- Utilize CCIM’s 55 Chapters to extend our marketing penetration while developing tools for Chapters to manage a consistent brand and communications plan
- Develop and implement annual communication plans for existing and new products, to include advertising, news releases, trade show participation, mailings, publications, podcasts, public relations and any other outlets that create demand for our products
- Drive revenue to key profit centers, including education, technology, networking, and philanthropy
- Advance CCIM’s diversity and inclusion goals through marketing and communications
- Maintain awareness of CCIM educational offerings, technology, and member benefits to include in marketing and sales efforts
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
About You
Knowledge and abilities
- Minimum 7-10 years in marketing and/or sales
Education, certification, licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or similar
Qualifications and other skills
- Strong people and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, oral and written skills
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
