Reporting to the AVP Marketing Strategy (AVP), the Executive Director of Marketing Strategy (ED), serves as the lead Marketing Strategist for recruitment and the student experience. Will strategize, plan and execute multi-channel marketing efforts designed to support new student recruitment goals. A strategic-thinker who translates big-picture marketing vision to implementable operational plans, a dot-connector who understands how our marketing efforts work together to build our brand and advance the University's enrollment goals.. Partners with Admissions and marketing channel teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective students using various technologies. Understands the partner's goals/target audiences and pull together an integrated marketing team to co-create and implement enrollment marketing strategy (bridging traditional marketing tactics, digital media, etc.). Directs team as they partner with Admissions and the Student Experience teams, and others within Marketing to bring marketing strategies from concept to completion. A problem-solver, the ED ensures dozens of projects stay on-time and on- budget. Manage relationships and mobilize resources to meet goals, while spotting and mitigating potential issues. Regularly provides excellent counsel to the AVP/CMO.
