Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area, or equivalency; eight years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills required.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related area preferred.

Department Preferred Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years directly related experience or equivalency required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, analyze and make decisions related to unit. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrate effective communication, superior customer service skills, and work well in a positive team environment.

Must have working knowledge and experience with graphic design creation. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
