As a Strategic Digital Web Product Manager, you will not only help develop the strategy of our digital experiences, but also help deliver those experiences for a strategic, fast-growing business at Aetna. You will put the customer first, monitor the competitive landscape, understand our technical capabilities, and champion differentiating user experiences.
Your responsibilities will include: •Develop a deep understanding of business strategy & priorities for Aetna‘s Medicare business •Interpret user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and new digital opportunities and as appropriate creating business cases to support •Establish a digital roadmap of new site changes and functionality that articulates, prioritizes and timelines high-impact digital initiatives for Medicare line of business •Building executive facing materials with clear storytelling •Work with partners in design, technology, product, and operations to establish requirements and deliver within framework of a content management system •Identify success criteria, track performance and report out on new digital initiatives in-market to inform future opportunities •Be the Product Owner for the Agile Scrum team of designers, copy and digital content management •Lead end-to-end project management, from concept development to post-launch analysis •Meet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launch

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 75,400 Maximum: 158,300
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Preferred Qualifications •5+ years of corporate or agency experience in a B2C in a regulated industry with at least 1 year of web product management •Experience creating communications and presenting to various stakeholders including executive leadership, peers and partners •Experience with Agile / Scrum, defining stories, populating, and prioritizing backlogs with product tools (JIRA or Rally) •Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Analytics) •Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
Required Qualifications *3 years experience working in a corporate or agency setting
