1 position for Retina Gene Therapies Brand Marketing POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, offers innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry. This [2-year] Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Johnson & Johnson. Program emphasis is in Retina Gene Therapies Brand Marketing. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to The individual in this 2 year fellowship role would serve on the Retina Gene Therapies Commercial (Brand) core team responsible for strategies and tactics for a next-generation advanced therapies pipeline. This product is groundbreaking for Janssen in several ways: 1st Janssen Gene Therapy Product, 1st Ultra Rare Disease Launch, 1st Retina Product, and 1st Product Administered via Surgical Procedure. 1. Engagement with Inherited Retinal Disease Centers of Excellence (COEs) to qualify sites to become a Janssen Gene Therapy Treatment Center. 2. Integrated approach for genetic testing to confirm diagnosis, launch of Genetic Testing Campaign, and potential building of unbranded disease state awareness (crosses HCP/Consumer, and Payer). 3. KOL Strategy Developed with Medical Affairs partners to ensure appropriate conference, communication, and other education and awareness tactics to support key HCPs and other key stakeholders. 4. Branded launch material creation (i.e., all resources including Creative Campaign, HCP website, Consumer website and supporting launch materials).
