In conjunction with the Dean and Associate Deans, responsible for developing an innovative and strategic recruitment and enrollment management plan for recruiting high-quality students to ETSU's graduate programs, including students from under-represented groups. This person will work closely with University Marketing and Communications to develop an effective and robust scope of print, visual, digital, and social media commodities. Develop, maintain, and/or refresh communication plans in the customer relations management (CRM) system. Analyze and interpret recruitment and admissions data to advise the Dean and leadership team on current and future application and enrollment trends. Work with the Office of Institutional Research to ensure that the Graduate School has the best data to support strategic recruitment and enrollment decision-making. Engage in face-to-face recruiting efforts, including travel to select graduate school recruitment events, personal visits, and virtual webinars. Working with graduate program coordinators, facilitate and implement Virtual Information Sessions each semester. Develop and coordinate recruitment, orientation, and welcome events.
