Duties and responsibilities of the Co-Director of Cheer & Marketing Team Assistant include but not limited to:
Oversee the scheduling of practices, games, competitions, and events.
Assist in selecting, training, and evaluating cheerleading team members
Assist in observations of practices and games of all levels from Lower School to High School in the program, ensuring the development of cheerleading skills, technique, and choreography
Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and Christian character development
Provide guidance and instruction to enhance cheerleaders' physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and overall performance
Encourage and motivate cheerleaders to set and achieve personal and team goals
Foster a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to safety guidelines and promoting injury prevention strategies
PK2 - 11th Grade Student Portraits
Other photography needs as assigned by LA Photo Studio
Assisting in the development and implementation of athletic marketing strategies, highlighting the Strategic priority Excellence in the Athletics, including graphics, photography, and athletic website needs
Support the athletic and marketing team in day to day activities, games, and events, such as scheduling messages for socials and web, coordinating with teams/coaches, website and app updates
Assisting in the development and implementation of the LA Athletic Brand. Become main Athletic contact for Marketing Dept
Enhance Athletic Director monthly communication/emails
Hudl Livestream in regards for LA Athletics, support, knowledge, and manage
Provide graphics for Athletics events, jumbotrons, sponsorships
Assistant photography and videography in all Athletic media sessions
Daily athletic social media activity
Content creation in regards to athletes in Excellence in Academics and Excellence in the Arts
