POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Bayer. Program emphasis is inUS Marketing: Cardiovascular and Renal Franchise. This 2-yearFellowship provides a unique opportunity to rotate on both the patient and HCP marketing teams to contribute to brand success. The fellow will work effectively with multiple agency partners and key internal stakeholders, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Business Insights, Promotional Review Team, and Sales. The fellow will have the opportunity to observe, participate, and lead different aspects of promotional campaigns and other initiatives for KERENDIA (finerenone), as well as contribute to the execution of Brand commercial activities in the U.S. across healthcare professional, patient, and digital marketing channels.The Fellow will gain experience in the execution of marketing strategies, programs, and tactics designed to attain strategic objectives and throughout the process, acquire an in depth understanding of the role marketing plays in supporting a drug throughout its lifecycle.
University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees.
