The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) invites nominations and applications for the position of Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO). The Tepper School seeks a collaborative and visionary leader with a record of success in developing and implementing multi-faceted marketing and communications efforts.

The CMCO will lead the office of Marketing and Communications, the hub for both internal and external marketing and communications with a commitment to enhancing Tepper's brand through engaging messaging, dynamic print and digital collateral, and vibrant videography and photography. Working in support of Tepper's mission, the team collaborates with units throughout the school to craft communications that support enrollment efforts, advancement efforts, school initiatives, research, and achievements. In addition, the CMCO will spearhead multiple external advertising, marketing and communications agencies and individuals. The CMCO reports to the Dean and is a member of the Dean's Executive Committee. They will have 3 direct reports and a total team of 9.
