Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience

The Marketing Advisor role is a seasoned marketer with 2-5 years of experience with platforms such as PPC, SEM, email marketing, website management, display, and remarketing. This role supports assigned Weidner regions, building strong relationships and work very closely with field leadership, developing paid media strategies to accommodate a full-funnel experience. Executing strategic day-to-day tactics which increase site traffic and conversion for the lowest, most effective cost to acquire a customer possible. This position regularly travels throughout their assigned region(s) and periodically travels to additional regions within the Weidner portfolio. A successful Marketing Advisor is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Advisor role will generate leads with platforms such as PPC, SEM, Email Marketing, Weidnerâ™s Website, Display and Remarketing to provide quality leads to our property operation teams
Develop paid media strategies, including social sources to accommodate a full-funnel experience â” executing day-to-day tactics that increase site traffic and conversion
Coordinate and execute local and national search engine marketing strategies, including Google AdWords (Bing pay per click campaign experience as plus but not mandatory)
Executes keyword bidding strategies (including max CPC and daily budget) for maximum results within budget
Apply A/B and multivariate testing to improve bidding strategies, negative keywords identification, audience suppression, ad, email, and landing page copy
Closely monitors daily search marketing performance and develops/maintains reporting to communicate progress on key metrics
Effectively communicates optimization opportunities to help grow the overall success of the search engine marketing programs
Design behavioral targeting/remarketing campaigns and interpret performance data into actionable insights for improving ROIs
The Digital Strategist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to help manage daily display marketing and re-marketing programs
This position would also work closely with the SEO Strategist to collaborate on a weekly basis
Leverage analytics (Google Analytics and Google AdWords) to understand customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and response metrics, while delivering monthly reporting
Monitor conversions and conversion funnels and make recommendations for lower CPA and CPC
Assess future trendsâ”identify, interpret and capitalize on marketing trends to maximize impact
Keep up to date on the latest SEM strategies and technologies and assist in improving solution offerings
Position would work with Content Writer to ensure ads are relevant and has the best CTR possible
Attend all Marketing meetings and participate in creating new ideas, strategies and concepts
Track and analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, and work with the Digital Marketing Manager and regional leaders to generate new search campaigns
Produce weekly pay per click keyword and spending report
Produce monthly conversion and performance report
Actively participate in a positive team environment through teamwork, communication and excellence in service; communicate regularly with the Digital Marketing Manager
Actively demonstrates the values of the Weidner Customer Service Vision to team members, associates and external customers
Actively demonstrates the values of the Weidner Quality Standards
Qualifications:
2 â“ 5 years of marketing experience required
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing or related field experience preferred
Complete understanding of and 1-2 years proven experience with SEM and web analytics, to evaluate results of search marketing efforts
Familiar with HTML and Internet principles; understanding of how different web technologies influence site search ability
Possess solid project management discipline; able to put a project plan together with start time, benchmarks, and estimated completion date, and consistently achieve all three
Proven relationship-management experience and excellent organizational ability, with close attention to detail and process
Must be a collaborative team player as well as strong self-started and individual contributor
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks, with minimal supervision
Possess a marketing and customer service orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher and highly proficient in Excel
Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time

Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland home office
